Chlorine dioxide is considered by the World Health Organization (WHO) to be a preferred method for providing safe drinking water to parts of the world, especially those with questionable surface water sources. Pre-treatment of surface or other questionable source water with chlorine dioxide is recommended.

Access to safe drinking water is essential to health, a fundamental human right, and a component of effective policy for health protection. It is safe to drink!

Chlorine dioxide is used as a disinfectant and for odor and taste control in water, as well as, in food sanitation. According to the WHO (2008) sanitization residue of chlorine dioxide is undetectable following the processing and delivery of foods such as chicken, meat and meat products, seafood and freshwater fish, fruits, and vegetables. It is safe to eat!

Chlorine Dioxide Systems

Chlorine dioxide systems are commonly in place to sanitize a wide variety of food processing plants. Various types of meat, especially, poultry, pork, and seafood, are particularly difficult to keep safe from bacterial and viral infection. Chlorine dioxide kills all known bad bacteria, viruses, and fungi, without toxic residue, as other biocides may, as CD breaks down to plain salt.

Chlorine dioxide is so effective that it kills potentially deadly pathogens that other disinfectants cannot, and expediently, within one to three minutes.

Commercial chlorine dioxide systems are generally fed by two separate source materials, sodium chlorite and an acid activator, that are routinely stored nearby in 50-gallon drums and mixed in a Y-type apparatus with a delay mechanism allowing the activation process to ensure prior to delivery by spray. This is the most economical method of deployment. Chlorine Dioxide is the industry standard for safety.

Chlorine dioxide systems are found in food processing plants, water treatment plants, municipal water systems, and any other locations where exposure to harmful bacteria, parasites, viruses, or other pathogens may be of concern.

Breathing Chlorine Dioxide

Breathing chlorine dioxide may be of concern for workers using chlorine dioxide on a large scale as a biocide or sanitizer, such as in factories, hospitals, or healthcare facilities.

Some people will breathe a small sniff of Chlorine Dioxide not over once a day for clearing out their lungs.

According to the EPA and CDC, the industrial use of chlorine dioxide is safe and non-carcinogenic, but those working amid the widespread use of CD recommended the airborne exposure should be limited to 0.1 ppm averaged over an 8-hour work shift and 0.3 ppm as a STEL (short term exposure limit).

Workers are advised to refer to the MDS on file at their facility for the use of chlorine dioxide and follow handling procedures as appropriate.

CL Dioxide

CL dioxide or chlorine dioxide is made by mixing two different chemicals, sodium chlorite and an acid activator such as citric acid. The combination of these two ingredients creates a yellow to amber-to-brown-colored gaseous mixture that possesses incredible antibacterial and biocide qualities.

Long used as a sterilizing agent in hospitals and industrial processing of meats, food, and drinks, chlorine dioxide helps to keep these items free from bad bacteria, parasites, and viruses. According to the American Society of Analytical Chemists, they released a statement stated that proclaimed that, “chlorine dioxide is the most powerful pathogen killer known to man,” over 20 years ago in 1999.

CL dioxide or chlorine dioxide is probably the most broad-spectrum biocide capable of annihilating every known type of pathogen, virus, bacteria, fungus, etc., including COVID-19. And though it is not approved by the FDA to treat COVID it is approved and has been shown to be effective in killing the coronavirus on flat surfaces and in water.

Taylore Vance

There has been some concern regarding the chlorine dioxide disinfectant side effects. Since there is a wide range of usage associated with using chlorine dioxide as a disinfectant, the side effects may vary according to usage and dissemination processes. We will try to break them down for you.

Industrial Use

The use of chlorine dioxide disinfectant industrially usually involves having two separate containers or drums of individual ingredients, such as a container of sodium dioxide and another container of acid activator, such as citric acid. These two ingredients are fed to a Y connector where they are mixed in a mixing tank. Then the mixture is pressurized and sprayed onto the surface area to disinfect.

Safety Cautions

Long-term exposure (8 hours a day) is authorized by governing agencies as long as reasonable dilution limits are adhered to, such as 0.01 PPM according to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), and American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH), with exceptions, like 0.3 PPM, for short-term exposure (NIOSH and ACGIH), i.e., 15 minutes.

Industrial Side Effects

Exceeding safety limit recommendations could cause workers to experience side effects, such as eye contact causing watery eyes and seeing halos around lights. Breathing could irritate the nose and throat causing coughing and wheezing. May irritate the lungs causing coughing and/or shortness of breath. Higher exposures can cause a build-up of fluid in the lungs (pulmonary edema), a medical emergency, with severe shortness of breath. Repeated exposure may cause bronchitis to develop with cough, phlegm, and/or shortness of breath.

Not Smoking Recommended

Because smoking can cause heart disease, as well as lung cancer, emphysema, and other respiratory problems, it may worsen respiratory conditions caused by chemical exposure. Even if you have smoked for a long time, stopping now will reduce your risk of developing health problems. Many have stopped smoking once they learned of the dangers of tar and chemical buildup in the lungs.

Over the Counter Water Purification Drops

Chlorine dioxide is available over the counter as water purification drops. Traditionally, it comes in a two-part configuration, just like the industrial applications, though the ingredients are separated into two bottles, part 1 and part 2, as pictured. For over 80 years millions of people have drunk the water purifier during outdoor expeditions, such as camping, hunting, fishing, hiking, etc., with no bad side effects. And in the last 30 years, millions are drinking the WP solution for medicinal reasons and nobody has died. It is good for detoxing the body and killing bad bacteria.

Chlorine Dioxide Disinfectant Side Effects

According to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) exceeding the recommended dosage for the disinfection of drinking water can cause severe side effects, such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and symptoms of severe dehydration.

Dosage May Vary

Mixing chlorine dioxide in drinking water will have a distinct sanitary taste, putting too much in your drinking water would make the drinking of it intolerable due to the increased bad taste. Some taste is tolerable for safety reasons, as this is the tradeoff for killing any pathogens that may exist in the water.

A reasonable person is not likely to overdose on chlorine dioxide. To drink chlorine dioxide undiluted or straight from the bottle would be just as potentially harmful as drinking regular household bleach straight from the bottle. Inadvisable and potentially dangerous. Just don’t do it.

Reduce the Dosage

The side effects noted by the FDA, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and symptoms of severe dehydration, are signs of too high a concentration of chlorine dioxide in drinking water. You can reduce the dosage, if you are experiencing ill effects from the disinfected water.

Some people are more sensitive to chlorine dioxide than others, so reducing the dosage by ½ is generally seen as a good idea for decreasing potential side effects. For instance, if one is using one drop of part 1 and 1 drop of part 2 activated in a dry glass, then adding an 8-ounce glass of water, increase the amount of water to 16-ounces. By doing so, you have reduced the dosage to ½ drop.

Other people would rather suffer the inconvenience of some side effects than the potential risk of having to drink unsafe or polluted water.

Caution

Seek professional advice prior to reducing the dosage or opting not to purify your water at all, but never overdose or drink chlorine dioxide undiluted.

The EPA authorizes the use of chlorine dioxide to treat municipal water and has set an enforceable drinking water standard (MRDL) for Chlorine Dioxide at 0.8 milligrams per liter (mg/L).

It is up to the water treatment facility and distribution system to monitor the levels of chlorine dioxide to maintain a safe concentration of chlorine dioxide. Exceeding the approved level of chlorine dioxide can cause a health concern and the water distribution system may be held responsible for placing the public at risk.

Such was the case in 2016 when the Peoples Water System in Donaldsonville, Louisiana was called on the carpet by the state for having chlorine dioxide content in municipal water in excess of what was legally limited “as safe” by the EPA.

An immediate “DO NOT DRINK THE WATER” order was issued by the Louisiana Department of Health, and People’s Water was ordered to stop using chlorine dioxide to treat the water immediately.

The report for exceeding the enforceable limit was not made by Peoples Water, so they were determined to be at fault for not reporting the exceedance.

In addition to not drinking the water the public was ordered not to use tap water to make juice and formula for young children and for pregnant women until an all-clear was issued by the Louisiana Department of Health.

Don’t Let This Happen to You

How to Test Chlorine Dioxide

Whether using chlorine dioxide for municipal water treatment systems or industrial applications it is reasonable and prudent to maintain quality control over the saturation levels of chlorine dioxide. This is also true for non-commercial uses of chlorine dioxide.

Test Strips for Non-commercial Use

For instance, simple test strips can be obtained from pool and hot tub suppliers or even on Amazon. Simply dip them in the sample that you are testing and check the color of the strip against the color indicator on the bottle to establish the concentration of the sample.

Commercial Testing of Chlorine Dioxide

Besides lab testing where ion chromatography is conducted by separating out ions in solution, there are methods of testing in the field for testing water, such as portable colorimetric and electrochemical types of testing for chlorine dioxide, as well as other methods.

Digital Chlorine Dioxide Testers

There are more digital forms of testing for chlorine dioxide. Like the Chlorine Dioxide Portable Photometer in the $200-range by Hanna Instruments.  and color disc testers, such as Hach’s Chlorine Dioxide Color Disc Test Kit, Model CLD-2 affordable $150-range.  Then there is the,

Palintest Chlorine Dioxide

Digital Palintest chlorine dioxide testers are available in a broad range of types and styles depending on your application and range in price from $750 for a basic model to over $5,000 for a more advanced digital testing kit.

Chlorine Dioxide Attributes

Chlorine dioxide is absorbable internally via the intestines. Administered orally, peak efficacy is reached within an hour. Any ingested chlorine dioxide and its metabolites are eliminated via the excretory system within 72 hours, though is not excreted via the lungs.

As a disinfectant chlorine dioxide quickly destroys bacteria, viruses, and Giardia, and is also effective against Cryptosporidium.

ClO2 also improves taste and odor, destroys sulfides, cyanides, and phenols, controls algae, and neutralizes iron and manganese ions.

As a biocide, chlorine dioxide is effective at concentrations as low as 0.1 ppm (parts per million) and over a wide pH range.

Chlorine dioxide is ten times more soluble in water than chlorine, even in cold water.

Unlike iodine, chlorine dioxide has no adverse effects on thyroid function.

The term “chlorine dioxide” is misleading because chlorine is not the active element. Chlorine dioxide is an oxidizing, not a chlorinating agent.

Chlorine dioxide penetrates the cell wall and reacts with amino acids in the cytoplasm within the cell, killing the microorganism.

The by-product of this reaction is chlorite, which is harmless to humans.

Chlorine dioxide is available in convenient two-part preparations for on-site disinfection of water, such as Natural Antibacterial Cleaner Solution (NACS).

Since chlorine dioxide cannot be patented, it cannot be used as a cash cow for pharmaceutical companies, so, the idea that chlorine dioxide medication might be available is highly unlikely, though it could be used as part of a chemical formula. Creating hybrid formulae with chlorine dioxide has already been successful in other industries, such as in cleaning supplies, sanitizers, disinfectants, etc.

Chlorine Dioxide and COVID-19

In terms of using chlorine dioxide to defeat viruses, it surfaced as a potential weapon to ward off the threat of the Coronavirus outbreak of late 2019, which we still have not recovered from completely as it flourished into the COVID-19 pandemic.

In an April 1, 2020, clinical trial, 10 ml of 3000 ppm chlorine dioxide were added to 1 liter of water, per day. One part was taken every hour, until the content of the bottle is finished (8 to 12 shots) for one week to determination the effectiveness of oral chlorine dioxide for treating COVID 19.

Go to Jail

A family in Florida, the Grenons, began spreading the rumor that using chlorine dioxide might be an effective way to battle the Coronavirus, on July 8, 2020, the Grenon family was arrested for refusing to stop spreading the rumor, and disregard the FDA claims that chlorine dioxide was dangerous and strictly not for human consumption.

As the Grenons were safely locked away to prevent the spread of any rumors about chlorine dioxide, which they referred to as MMS, the drum of chlorine dioxide’s efficacy kept beating.

Chlorine Dioxide Before the Pandemic

In as early as January 2008, well before the pandemic, it had been determined that chlorine dioxide was an effective defendant against influenza. They cite mice testing (Webby & Webster, 2003; Webster et al., 2007) to see if it could knock out a viral influenza A virus, particularly of the H5N1 subtype. Noting the alarming prospect of a new pandemic.

Looming novel strains of influenza potentially devastating pandemics in the future (Palese, 2004) and referencing the huge number of fatalities of the 1918 pandemic (Kong et al., 2006). To date, vaccination has limited efficacy (Ge et al., 2004), so chlorine dioxide seems to be the answer.

According to the study conducted by Norio Ogata and Takashi Shibata, “ClO2 gas is effective at preventing aerosol-induced influenza virus infection in mice by denaturing viral envelope proteins at a concentration well below the permissible exposure level to humans. ClO2 gas could therefore be useful as a preventive means against influenza in places of human activity without necessitating evacuation.” (Journal of General Virology, Volume 89, Issue 1 Protective effect of low-concentration chlorine dioxide gas against influenza A virus infection).

PubMed is the combined database effort provided by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), U.S. National Library of Medicine (NLM), and the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI). Provided to and accessible by the public, it is a highly regarded research tool used extensively by doctors, health practitioners, researchers, medical faculty, and their students.

A current search for pubmed chlorine dioxide (CD) resulted in 1,575 search results at pubmed.gov. Some brief excepts follow.

Since pubmed.gov is run by government-run health institutions, we will lead with a prominent study which proclaims,

“COVID-19 pandemic is one of the most devastating worldwide crises in recent years. During this pandemic, people have been exposed to products that have not been proven to be safe and effective against COVID-19. We present an adult chronic consumer of chlorine dioxide, in which a fatal outcome is described. This case demonstrates that for people searching products to protect themselves from COVID-19, unregulated access to industrial disinfectants represents a dangerous alternative. To date, there is no scientific evidence to uphold the use of chlorine dioxide or chlorine derivatives as preventive or therapeutic agents against COVID-19. Researchers and general population must take into consideration the fatal possible consequences of not following communications and warnings from health authorities and government institutions.”

And, “To date, there are no scientific evidence to uphold the use of chlorine dioxide or derivatives as preventive or therapeutic agents against COVID-19.”

Even so, other studies are being initiated, seeking to discover the answer to the question,

“Can chlorine dioxide prevent the spreading of coronavirus or other viral infections? we hypothesize on methods to control the spread of viral infections using aqueous ClO2 solutions.”

Followed by many studies making other claims, such as,

Antibacterial

“Inactivates various kinds of microbes such as Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, enveloped and nonenveloped viruses in the wet state.”

Antiviral

“In presence of organic matter, ClO2 is a more potent antiviral agent against SARS-CoV-2 than sodium hypochlorite.”

“Chlorine dioxide is effective against the resistant Mycobacterium, H1N1, and other influenza viruses.”

Regarding viruses in humans and their friends, cats and dogs, (specifically, feline calicivirus, human influenza virus, measles virus, canine distemper virus, human herpesvirus, human adenovirus, canine adenovirus and canine parvovirus) “The antiviral activity of CD was approximately 10 times higher than that of SH.” CD=chlorine dioxide SH- sodium hypochlorite

Toxicity

“A ClO₂ concentration of up to 40 ppm in drinking water did not show any toxicity in a subchronic oral toxicity test. Herein, UC-1 showed favorable disinfection activity and a higher safety profile tendency than in previous reports.”

Disinfectant

“The disinfection efficacy of ClO2 was found to be higher than that of chlorine.”

Safety

“Chlorine dioxide is a safe and effective disinfectant, even at concentrations as low as 20 to 30 mg/L. Moreover, the efficacy of chlorine dioxide is mostly independent of pH. Chlorine dioxide can be effectively used to disinfect drinking water without much alteration of palatability and can also be used to destroy pathogenic microbes, including viruses, bacteria, and fungi from vegetables and fruits.”

“Chronic administration of chlorine dioxide and its byproducts was accompanied by no clinically important physiological effects.”

“By the absence of detrimental physiological responses within the limits of the study, the relative safety of oral ingestion of chlorine dioxide and its metabolites, chlorite and chlorate, was demonstrated.”

“The concentration deemed safe for usage still needs to be determined on a case-by-case basis.”

Of course, these are merely equivalent to sound bites heard throughout the media provided as a brief introduction to what one might find when conducting research on chlorine dioxide on pubmed.gov.

It is suggested that one peruse the data and come to your own conclusions. Feel free to share your findings in the comments section below.

Chlorine Dioxide Safe for Humans

Just as the FDA suggests, chlorine dioxide is dangerous if consumed by humans. It is not authorized and is not suggested to be ingested as a beverage for any purpose whatsoever. To do so could be highly dangerous.

Is chlorine dioxide safe for humans? Both research and governing bodies agree that chlorine dioxide is sage for human consumption under the right conditions.

It’s use in industrial sanitization is unparalleled and unquestionable.

So many studies have been done on the safety that it makes one wonder why the FDA has singled out chlorine dioxide as being any more dangerous than any other product that might have a Mr. Yuck symbol on the container.

According to the previous PubMed published quote concerning chlorine dioxide dosage, the “concentration deemed safe for usage still needs to be determined on a case-by-case basis.”

This is perfectly in-line with a book published by Jim Humble, who suggests that one should start with one drop of chlorine dioxide, or what he calls MMS (stands for Miracle Mineral Solution), or less, in a glass of water to in a sense rid the body of toxins, pathogens, bacteria, mold, etc., from the inside, just like it does on the outside of the body. His book is,

MMS Master Mineral Solution Book

The Master Mineral Solution of the Third Millennium book by Jim Humble tells of his story of discovering the health benefits based on his personal experience of watching malaria-ridden dying co-workers come back to life in 4 hours from drinking water purified using chlorine dioxide before his very eyes. This was deep in the jungle of Venezuela, and his intention was just to try to keep them hydrated and comfortable as they perished.

When he came back to the States, he started researching the potential health benefits of chlorine dioxide and the book is the result of that research.

Chlorine Dioxide COVID-19 Arrests

A Florida man (62) and his three sons (26-34) were arrested by the Feds at gunpoint for Selling Toxic Bleach as Fake “Miracle” Cure for COVID-19. Read more.

Closely associated with Jim Humble, this family was arrested at gunpoint for promoting chlorine dioxide (which author Jim Humble nicknamed MMS) as a potential cure for COVID-19.

Having not yet gone to court, no one can really say what prompted the arrests, but there is a clear indication that they were served a cease-and-desist order which they chose to ignore. That alone could have prompted an arrest.

The accusations appear to be mostly based on the website that belongs to their non-religious church, located at https://www.genesis2chile.cl/

It will be interesting to see what results take place in court, where this family teeters on the edge of free speech and practicing medicine without a license (and not having the proper reverence for the Food and Drug Administration).

Often quoted is,

NASA Chlorine Dioxide

Many people heard of the statement(s) which have been made by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) concerning the use and efficacy of chlorine dioxide.

Briefly, the statement that is attributed to NASA appeared in their magazine, “Spinoff,” in 1988. One of the quotations includes chlorine dioxide’s ability to effectively,

“destroy mold and fungus as well as bacteria and viruses with minimal harm to humans, animals and/or plants.”

The article was referencing a specific application associated with air conditioning in automobile manufacturing and referenced also being used in “formulations engineered for a variety of purposes,” including, “medical, agricultural, pharmaceutical and consumer markets.”

Though these were statements actually made in a magazine that represents articles about products that have spun off based on initial research funded by NASA does not indicate an endorsement of any product, which, at the time, was branded as, “Alcide.”

The title of the article was, “A Universal Antidote,” which inspired a documentary of the same name.

The Universal Antidote

The documentary suggests that NASA has patents based on chlorine dioxide, this is, yet, unverifiable.

Chlorine dioxide kills pathogens on contact.

CD is activated MMS Master Mineral Solution – activated with a food acid. MMS immediately starts working the moment you swallow it. It oxidizes heavy metals in the body, as well as other molecular compounds that are anti-life. It is attracted to bacteria, microorganisms, viruses, and other bad stuff in your body.

MMS Master Mineral Solution quickly starts to work on oxidizing the pathogens out of your system.
Some people get real sick taking the MMS because their bodies are full of trash and needs a house cleaning. MMS causes an oxidation of toxins and pathogens. The MMS does not affect a healthy person.

They can take MMS without nausea -- it is only real people sick with some kind of sickness who have to take it slow otherwise they will feel nauseous when taking it. But nausea is a good indication that the chlorine dioxide drops are oxidizing the trash, and you need to keep taking it.

The immune system already makes chlorine dioxide in small quantities. It attacks sickness, pathogens, and other unhealthy conditions. By taking MMS, you are beefing up the immune system. By adding to the DS supply already there and making more of this oxidizer available to do the work, the body has a lighter load.

People have asked if MMS might attack healthy cells, and the answer is No! As sick people take MMS, they know it’s what the body needs when they start having less pain. A sick person, on the other hand, will usually have a nauseous reaction as there is kill off of pathogens.

A person will sometimes get rashes, headaches, nausea, and fever and occasionally someone will vomit. This Herxheimer Reaction simply indicates that the patient was going too fast, and the dose was too large. There has never been any evidence of MMS damaging anyone. Just remember to go slow.

Signs that MMS is working are:

    • Diarrhea
    • Vomiting
    • Stomachache
    • Tiredness
    • Nausea

The Herxheimer Reaction are temporary. They will soon go away. You may need to slowdown the drops for a half day. These conditions tell you that the body has either a die-off of pathogens, or it is oxidizing heavy metals. This will tell you that the MMS is releasing a big load of toxins – more than it can easily handle.

You might have taken a little too heavy dose for the body to handle. So, cut back and reduce your next CD drops to allow your body to catch up with the Herxheimer Reaction.

If these detox conditions are too hard to tolerate, you should slow down to even a 1/2 drop dose of MMS a day until the nausea goes away. When you feel a little better, start off again, but slowly increasing the amount. It’s a process of understanding what your body can handle.

When the patient is very sick, start with a half-drop dose or less. How do you make up a 1/2 drop dose?

You can make a one drop batch by adding one drop of sodium chlorite 28% and activating it with one drop of 50/50 percent citric acid and distilled water.

After you take dose of the MMS, wait a couple hours and see what happens? Increase the dose if the person feels okay. Back off for a while if they show signs of having nausea. Normally, everyone passes through some nausea, headaches, and diarrhea, and it does happen to almost everybody.

In Jim Humble’s book, The Master Mineral Solution of the Third Millennium, it says that A sick person should receive an hourly dose of MMS during the day for at least eight hours (8 times a day.) the client should start out with small doses such as 1/2 to 1 drop an hour and see how it goes.

If detox symptoms persist, drop you dose to a tiny quantity – a quarter of a drop an hour. The goal is to work up to 3 drops an hour for 8 hours a day (or a little more if all goes well.)

There may be nausea at times but if it is not too bad, keep going with the treatment. Some people have a small amount of Herxheimer Reaction, and it might continue for some time. How many years has your body been sick with disease? Is there any medical remedy that will completely kill the virus, the bacteria, the fungus? Are you going to let a tiny bit of nausea stop you? The ministers of the Genesis 2 Church say, “Only stop if the CD gets to be too irritating!”

The manufacturer does not have to prove that the supplement is effective, unlike for drugs. The manufacturer can say that the product addresses a nutrient deficiency, supports health, or reduces the risk of developing a health problem, if that is true. Paris Humble conducted an instructional class based on the principles expounded in her publication, “Healthy Alternative Chlorine Dioxide Uses: Non-pharmacological Health Restoration.” The ensuing summary encapsulates the methodologies, subjects, and products she explicated during a live seminar convened in Olympia, Washington.

Ms. Humble underscores that the specific, nuanced methodologies employed by individuals are of lesser consequence than the paramount objective of introducing chlorine dioxide into the body. She underscores that the prospective user should:

1. Start with one drop of chlorine dioxide. (See Phase 1 in her book)
—–a. Observe how your body responds to the single drop.
———-i. Note that one drop of chlorine dioxide is equal to one drop of part 1 and one drop of part 2 combined and allowed to activate for 30 seconds.
—–b. If you sense that you are not feeling well, cut the next dose in half and try again. (1a)
—–c. If you have reduced the does to a point where it is tolerable,
—–—–i. Stay at that dilution for 3 dosages, then double the dose and return to 1a.
—–d. If you are tolerating the current dilution, increase the drop by one, then (1a)
—–e. Continue this process until you reach the number of drops you desire to be taking.

Chlorine dioxide water purification drops

Foremost among her directives is the admonition not to discontinue chlorine dioxide consumption, as there is no cause for apprehension at these minuscule dilutions. If the taste is a concern, simply use a non-diet soda, such as Coke, Pepsi, 7-Up, or Squirt, instead of distilled water; the chlorine dioxide will still work. She underscores that a modicum of chlorine dioxide in the system can yield salutary effects, eradicating pathogens and facilitating health restoration. While more can be beneficial, it intentionally inducing illness should be avoided. Incrementally elevate the dosage as one’s tolerance increases.

Chlorine dioxide/DMSO kit

Ms. Humble particularly favors the MMS 6n6 protocol (detailed in chapter 10), Phase 3 (also known as Protocol 1000), and Phase 4 (or Protocol 1000 Plus), which incorporates chlorine dioxide with DMSO (elaborated upon in chapter 2). These three methods of chlorine dioxide administration are deemed suitable for addressing the majority of health challenges encountered.

In addressing specific examples:

  • Snoring and Sinus Issues: A live demonstration illustrates the application of chlorine dioxide water purification drops as nasal drops while reclined, accompanied by rinsing if necessary (expounded in chapter 9, “Nose”).
  • Headaches: Paris elucidates that headaches are often indicative of tension and potential underlying issues, such as inadequate hydration. The recommended approach is the 6n6 protocol.
  • PMS and Menopause: Ms. Humble prescribes Phase 3 for alleviating symptoms associated with PMS and menopause, underscoring the significance of nutritional equilibrium.
  • Mental Health: Paris posits that conditions like schizophrenia can be responsive to chlorine dioxide treatment, postulating that pathogenic agents and parasites may underlie many mental disorders and diseases.
  • Various Health Conditions: Guidance is proffered on treating an array of conditions including frozen shoulder, cystic fibrosis, muscular dystrophy, Parkinson’s disease, and more, with Phase 3 or Phase 4 being efficacious treatments.
  • Alternative Therapies: Inquiries regarding sound and color therapies for diverse health issues elicit encouragement from Ms. Humble to explore any modality that may positively impact health.
  • Chronic Conditions: The efficacy of Phase 3 (Protocol 1000) is emphasized for chronic conditions such as Crohn’s disease, celiac disease, and irritable bowel syndrome.
  • Other Ailments: Guidance on addressing restless leg syndrome, impotence, and chronic pain also incorporates the use of Phase 3.
  • Silver Water: The efficacy of Silver Water in pathogen eradication is underscored.
  • Additional Treatment Methods: Ms. Humble delves into the combination of MMS with other treatments, including Wayne Rowland’s Disease Symptom Elimination Program.
  • Product Endorsements: Certain products, including “Miracle II” soap, “Waxelene” (an alternative to petroleum jelly), “Pascalite Clay” from Wyoming, and B-flat Silver Water, are recommended by Ms. Humble.

In conclusion, the seminar was dedicated to the dissemination of health protocols and guidance by author Paris Humble, elucidating comprehensive strategies for non-pharmacological health restoration.

While the use of MMS with humans has been rejected by the pharmaceutical and medical communities, veterinarians have had enormous success using MMS for everything from very small animals, and household pets, like cats and dogs to horses and farm animals. Let’s look at equine MMS for horses.

Horses

  • Small Horses
  • Medium Horses
  • Large Horses
Read more about MMS for animals In Paris Humble’s new book.

Horses come in all shapes and sizes. Like all pets and animals, they require adjusting the amount of chlorine dioxide dispensed by adding it to the normal portion of drinking water served.

For all horses, you will start them at one dose, move them up to another dose, then get them on the maximum daily dose.

Note the horse’s reaction to the increased dose. If the horse displays a negative reaction, reduce the dosage by half, and stay at that reduced dosage for a day or two, then try increasing the dosage again, watching for a potentially negative reaction. When your horse responds well to the dosage, keep increasing the dosage day by day, until you reach the maximum dosage for your horse.
