Here are some helpful hints to get you started with the MMS = now called Water Purification Drops. Please read over all the material on our website.

Vitamin C has always been an aid to health!

Take Vitamin C. Too much Vitamin C will cause a loose bowel, so take it to that dosage, then cut back slightly till your bowel movements are normal, then take that dosage daily.

You’ll notice an improvement in all of your body functions as the Vitamin C increases your cellular integrity.

While you’re awaiting the arrival of MMS in the mail, start to strengthen your cellular integrity with 2000-6000 mg of Vitamin C daily. Especially if you have high cholesterol or built-up plaque in the arteries. MMS is a natural chelator of plaque and heavy metals. It will start dissolving the anti-life heavy metals the 1st day.

People who have high cholesterol, then that cholesterol has actually been used as a patch on the inside of your weakening arteries, probably for years. You need to strengthen those walls, so when the plaque is chelated (broken down), your weakened arteries don’t collapse down flat.

You can take Vitamin C while on the protocol, but it must be taken four hours after or before your dosage. When you have completed the protocol and are on a maintenance dose, make sure to keep taking supplemental Vitamin C.

Find a juice that does not contain any ascorbic acid or vitamin C added. You can have juice with Vitamin C, but only if it is inherent in the juice. Do not use orange juice because it contains too much Vitamin C. Apple juice, grape, cranberry or pomegranate juices are good. Not orange juice. Try apple cider, distilled water, pineapple or black cherry. Most big food chains have at least one brand of Apple juice without added Vit C or Ascorbic acid. Look in the cold section of juice. Pomegranate/Blueberry Juice is good. It has no Vit C added and a tasty flavor.

The Taste is not great! The biggest reason people do not stay with Humble’s health regimen is the taste. Above everything else, its the taste. So, get a good juice to take it with before your MMS arrives. I like peanut butter with honey after.

Your bottle most likely comes with the correct dropper size built into it. Make sure to understand about dropper sizes. One reader’s only bad experience so far with vomiting came from his accidentally measuring the drops incorrectly with a different sized eyedropper. A standard eyedropper is 1.5 drops to 1 MMS drop. That means two MMS drops equals three eyedropper drops.

You will get sick sooner or later. That’s the way you learn about your own body. Nobody can tell you just how much to use or take. Anyway, the FDA would not like it if we did try to tell you what to do.

Remember that if you feel nauseous or have diarrhea, reduce the number of drops by one or two drops for a dose or two before continuing with the MMS protocol.

The MMS Protocol does require you to take personal responsibility for understanding the process and following the MMS Protocols. Only you can do this for yourself.

A detox program is intended to pull toxins from our bodies and help us release those toxins.

Any detox process that you begin, whether its MMS, master mineral solution or any other successful detox program should have that effect. As we release the toxins from our cells where they are stored, we can overwhelm our circulatory system by releasing too much at one time. This is known as Herxheimer Reaction.

For this reason, it is advised to start with one to two drops of Master Mineral Solution MMS so that your body can perform that initial dump of toxins without the flu-like symptoms that accompany many detox programs. You should slowly step your way up to the recommended maximum dose, one drop at a time.

If you are completely healthy then you can take a full dose, 15 drops, with no ill-effect because your body has little, or no toxins stored in your cells. If your body is full of toxins and unhealthy or foreign substances, then you may experience the effect of what is called die-off. Many of us carry many toxins in our systems. Because of our diets and exposure to chemicals that accumulate in the body, the MMS protocol recommends a low dosage, slowly increased.

If symptoms such as nausea or diarrhea occur you should lower the dosage a drop or two until those symptoms clear, and then slowly increase the dosage again. You will likely find that the previous dose that caused the discomfort is no longer a challenge. This shows that the MMS has done its job, and the symptoms were only caused by the die-off.

With any detoxification process it is likely that you will feel the effects of the release of the toxins that have caused your health problems and lessened your body’s ability to thrive. You may feel worse before you feel better. This is not caused by the MMS, but by the release of those toxic substances that you are now releasing from your body.

I learned about Miracle Mineral Solution, or MMS, several months ago through Reiki Masters in my circle of associates. Many stories were shared by those who were using this simple healing protocol. We expose ourselves to pesticides in our yard care, and strong, toxic chemicals every time we clean our house.
